Robert Carter

With a background in commercial litigation and insolvency matters, Rob has acted for a diverse range of national corporate and individual clients across Queensland, Victorian, and Federal jurisdictions. Rob has experience with litigation matters involving disputes between shareholders and/or shareholders, contractual disputes, employment matters, and corporate re-structuring. His experience in commercial law has allowed him to achieve desirable outcomes for his clients in matters including trade promotions, contractual negotiations and agreements.

An astute ability to provide pragmatic advice with commercial acumen, Rob understands the litigation process can be a challenging time for clients, and endeavours to provide transparency to his clientele throughout the duration of the matter. Rob holds a Bachelor of Law and Business from the Queensland University of Technology, and is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
